Beneath the Snow of Gnojnik has well and truly been launched. On Sunday the 23rd of April a crowd close to 100 people came through the 'Frank Partridge Military Museum' to help celebrate the release of this book. It is a special book this one. Don't get me wrong... all my book babies are unique and special in their own ways but his book had a little extra 'Something.

After the successful launch of the second book in the Willow Tree Series, it was time for a third book. Originally I was only going to do three books in the series. I started writing "Scent in the Wind" and realised in order to finish this novel it would be a 500 page book... This was a problem... After pondering of how to fix the problem I decided to break the novel into two books and I did the most frustrating and annoying thing a writer can do to their readers... I left Scent in the Wind as a cliff hanger!

The next book to come in the series was "Fire in the wind." As much as I would love to say Ed Sheeran's "I see fire " was the inspiration to naming this novel....it wasn't. When I completed "Dream in the wind, I did something a little cheeky, I wrote a teaser for another novel using the notorious ladies man, Max as my lead character.  Within a week of releasing "Dream in the wind" I was asked when the next book was due out.... My reply...'Soon....' My insides twisted into knots. Next book! I hadn't even started the next book! What if I was a one book wonder and couldn't do it again? I must admit I was in panic stations for a few days. But something amazing happened. I stopped 'freaking out' and started writing. Six weeks later Max's book was sent to the printers. Here is a little taste of Max....

I walked into my office this morning and looked at the old timber clock/bookshelf I was given as a gift some 18 years ago. Sitting on the top shelf are my novels. I sat down on the massage bed I keep at home and just looked at it... How the hell did I do that? Why the hell did I do that? The five of them stood on the shelf tall and proud. At times I shake my head. I didn't have any dreams of being a writer. Don't get me wrong, I have always loved writing, loved reading, loved literature but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be good enough to publish six novels in two years. I have decided to take you on a little journey. For those of you that have never read the Willow Tree Series, this is how it all began...
